Spoon Material: Stainless Steel
Bracelet Component Material: Stainless Steel, 5 inches long , 1mm thick
The bracelet component has an adjustable slider to fit any sized wrist.
Sizing: The sizing options are based in inches, and are to represent the width of the top of your wrist. Measure the top of your wrist from side to side. Look to the photo of the bracelet on my wrist to see an example what measurement is needed. Thank you!

How do I find my ring size?
1) Cut a thin strip of paper, about 10-12cm long.
2) Wrap the strip of paper tightly around your desired finger.
3) Using a pen or pencil, mark the point where the paper overlaps itself.
4)Lay the strip of paper on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the strip to the marking you made, in millimetres. This will give you a measurement of the circumference of your finger.
5) Using the below chart, convert your measurement into a standard US ring size.If you are in between two sizes, it is always best to round up rather than down.
