SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At ApollosJewelry we take shipping and shipping times very seriously. Most packages are dropped off to USPS within 2-4 business days. Although, under certain circumstances this can take 4-8 business days due to much higher order volume. All orders, including international are shipped USPS, Domestic normally takes 3-5 days and international can take 12-18.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, and production takes 1 business day in most cases, although sometimes due to high order volume can take 3-7 but this is VERY rare and only happens on very rare occasions.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10-15 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

If more than 14 days for domestic orders and 28 days for international orders have passed and you still have not received your order please email us at info@apollosjewelry.com to review the status of your order.
